Shipping and Store Policy

Shipping Method and Timeframe

At Malco Theatres, we strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Our standard practice is to ship items on the same day or the next business day via USPS. All packages include tracking information to help you monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Timeframe

While we aim for swift delivery, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, you can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 business days for Priority Mail or 2-5 business days for USPS Ground Advantage.

Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey and estimated delivery date.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@malco.com. We will investigate the issue and offer a solution, which may include refunding your purchase or resending the gift card(s).

Lost or Missing Gift Cards

In the event of a lost or missing gift card, we will immediately cancel the affected card(s) to protect your purchase. We will then issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are flat priced at $5.00 for gift cards and vouchers (multiple orders can be combined) and $5.00 per each box of popcorn. Popcorn purchases shipping costs cannot be combined. Each box is $5.00

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@malco.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. If it has been processed we can still refund the purchase after we determine the gift card has not been used.
